Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor leads the Community Assistance Division's training and employee development program, ensuring staff receive consistent and effective learning experiences. This role provides direct supervision to Trainers and temporary supervision to Eligibility Specialists, overseeing classroom management, evaluating instruction, and coordinating ongoing learning opportunities for both new and seasoned staff. The position fosters a positive, inclusive environment while establishing clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
