Training Supervisor

The Training Supervisor leads and coordinates the site's operational training program to ensure employees are properly trained, qualified, and prepared to perform their assigned responsibilities safely and effectively. This role oversees new-hire orientation, material handling equipment certification, and ongoing employee development while partnering with leadership to maintain training compliance and support operational readiness. The position serves as the site-level owner of training execution, records, and standards across departments and shifts.
