Training

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development initiatives for new and existing employees at Black Hills Federal Credit Union. The position involves creating structured continuing education programs and delivering training across various formats to ensure staff are well-equipped to serve members effectively. The role also includes collaborating with management to plan training sessions and producing necessary training materials and resources.
