Trans Health Program Nurse

This position provides direct nursing care and individual and group education for clients within the Trans Health program, an interdisciplinary team offering gender-affirming care throughout Manitoba. The role involves autonomous nurse-managed clinical care, comprehensive health assessments, and case management for complex clients, including those requiring hormone replacement therapy and post-operative support. The nurse collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver primary health services, health promotion, and harm reduction interventions in both clinical and non-traditional settings.
