Transaction Coordinator

Orchard is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for real estate transactions, acting as a liaison between agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders. As a full-time remote role reporting to the Transaction Operations Manager, the candidate will manage portfolios of transactions from contract execution to closing while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will leverage strong organizational skills and familiarity with MLS systems to drive efficient home buying and selling experiences.
