Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator maintains escrow files and coordinates the processing of all information and legal documentation for the sale and escrow of homes. This in-office role requires a strong working knowledge of CAR contracts and disclosures to ensure accurate tracking and timely completion of transactions. The position also involves providing general office administrative support and backup to the Office Administrator and Front Desk.
