Transaction Manager- Loan Closing

The Closer coordinates and oversees commercial mortgage loan closings, working with internal teams and external parties to manage the transition from loan production to closing and servicing. The role operates with minimal supervision to ensure all lender requirements and due diligence are collected, reviewed and delivered for successful closings. The position supports maintaining organized closing files and lender contacts/databases.
