Transaction Manager

The role involves end‑to‑end execution, settlement, and reconciliation of whole loan sales, servicing releases, co‑issue transactions, bulk loan deliveries, and mortgage servicing rights (MSR) transactions. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for investors, custodians, and internal partners, managing trade allocation, pool management, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with transaction agreements and investor requirements.
