About this role

The Transaction Operations Analyst (AML/CTF) will analyze, investigate, and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorism financing regulations for superannuation administration clients. The role involves preparing operational reports, completing suspicious matter reports, and developing policies to improve AML practices while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Execute AML/CTF transaction monitoring and restricted territories monitoring
Prepare monthly operational reports for superannuation trustees and leadership
Analyse customer activity to identify suspicious patterns and complete SARs
Identify and escalate high‑risk customers and maintain investigation records
Develop and implement policies to improve AML practices
