Transaction Support Group (TSG) Team Member

The Transaction Support Group (TSG) team at General Atlantic coordinates, executes, and manages transactions throughout the life of a fund, focusing on the Energy and Infrastructure asset class. This role serves as a key enabler and main point of contact between deal teams and internal functional teams, as well as external advisors. The position aims to introduce efficiency to the investment process by supporting deal teams through legal, compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements during origination, execution, investment management, and exit stages.
