Transaction Tax Partner

The M&A Tax Partner will lead and expand Cherry Bekaert’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, serving as the primary strategic tax advisor to private equity firms, corporate buyers, and investment banks. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role representing the firm externally, overseeing practice performance, and supporting partner-level initiatives and growth.
