Transactional/Contract Attorney

Direct Counsel is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side class action firm in Los Angeles to add a Transactional/Contract Attorney to its growing team. The role involves leading efforts in negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising complex settlement agreements in class action matters, seeking court approval, and working with class action administrators to ensure proper settlement administration. This position requires a California-licensed attorney with at least three years of experience to join a collegial group dedicated to helping those who have experienced injustice in the workplace.
