Transfer Agency Oversight Manager

The role sits within the Luxembourg Transfer Agency Operations Team in Asset Management Operations and focuses on oversight of transfer agent services for M&G’s Luxembourg and managed funds. It ensures services operate in line with applicable regulations, agreed operating models and the expected client service experience. The position provides performance reporting, supports governance and acts as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers.
