Transfer Center RN

This role is responsible for managing patient flow and facilitating hospital transfers within the Eisenhower Medical Center while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. The position involves assigning patients to appropriate beds, monitoring bed demand across various departments, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient placement. The incumbent also participates in capacity management, triage, and evaluation of patients to prioritize bed assignments and projects bed availability based on expected transfers and discharges.
