Transfer Pricing Manager

The Transfer Pricing Manager is a key tax role responsible for overseeing Allison’s global transfer pricing processes and supporting U.S. international income tax calculations, modeling, and reporting. The role monitors U.S. and foreign regulatory developments, advises on international restructuring, and collaborates with internal and external partners worldwide. It also supports tax accounting, tax return preparation, and audit defense while maintaining documentation and forecasting for intercompany transactions.
