Transfer Recruitment Counselor

The Transfer Recruitment Counselor is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan to increase transfer student enrollment at the College. This role involves building relationships with community and two-year college partners, managing credit evaluations, and supporting transfer students through the admissions and financial aid processes. The position requires extensive travel, collaboration with internal teams, and a strong understanding of transfer student recruitment strategies.
