Transfer Station Operations Supervisor

The Transfer Station Operations Supervisor leads the safe, compliant, and efficient daily operation of a Reworld solid waste transfer station. This hands-on leadership role oversees site employees, contracted operators, waste haulers, equipment coordination, and facility housekeeping to ensure reliable waste receipt, transfer, and transportation activities. The position manages a team of approximately eight employees and plays a key role in maintaining a safety-first culture, driving operational performance, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
