Transfer Transition Generalist

The Transfer Transition Generalist provides proactive, data-informed support to UCNJ graduates and prospective graduates as they transition to four-year institutions and progress toward bachelor’s degree completion. The role involves managing an assigned caseload, conducting targeted outreach, assisting students in navigating transfer-related barriers, and tracking engagement and post-completion outcomes. Additionally, the Generalist serves as the operational lead for designated selective transfer, scholarship, and partnership opportunities while collaborating with internal and external partners to expand pathways to bachelor’s degree attainment.
