Transformation Communication Specialist

The Transformation Communication Specialist serves as the voice behind Athene, STARK’s comprehensive transformation programme, ensuring that changes to processes, systems, and work methods are understood, embraced, and embedded throughout the organisation. This role bridges the gap between the programme and the business by developing unified narratives, communication strategies, and engagement campaigns that drive adoption and leadership alignment. The specialist will create diverse content, measure communication impact, and support the rollout of the transformation across Denmark and other Nordic countries.
