The Transformation Director leads a company-wide transformation program at IG Group, partnering with the Executive Committee to drive technology modernization, AI adoption, and organizational change. The role involves building a high-calibre Programme Management Office (PMO) to oversee complex initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure coherent execution across global business areas. This position requires challenging senior leaders, designing change management strategies, and providing real-time reporting on progress, risks, and benefits to the Steering Group.
