Transformation Strategy Director

The Transformation Strategy Director role sits at the intersection of GT strategy, executive storytelling, and product thinking, reporting to the Sr. Director of the GT Transformation Office. This individual partners with leadership to build and evolve the GT transformation strategy, shape executive narratives, and lead communications and engagement efforts. The position also functions as the product manager for GT, owning the product vision, roadmap, and value measurement while facilitating workshops and driving adoption across teams.
