About this role

The Transit Data Systems & Reporting Analyst serves as the steward of Metro's transit data systems of record, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of operational, ridership, performance, and revenue-related data. This role develops and maintains reporting processes, monitors system performance, and supports compliance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and National Transit Database (NTD) reporting requirements. The position partners with various departments and external agencies to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reporting processes for NTD and FTA compliance
Design and maintain dashboards and automated data visualization tools
Investigate data discrepancies and conduct root-cause analyses
