Transit Supervisor

The Transit Supervisor supports the Transit Manager with daily operations of the transit system, including training and supervising bus operators to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for the community. This role involves overseeing approximately 30 full-time and part-time operators, managing scheduling, handling incidents, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The position requires strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and a valid Class B CDL with no air brake restrictions and P endorsement.
