Transition Counseling & Outreach

The Transition Counseling & Outreach role supports student transition success and enrollment growth by managing a caseload of college readiness students and leading recruitment efforts in the Pacific West region. This fully remote position guides students and families through the college readiness journey, providing individualized coaching, support, and outreach to drive applications and enrollments. The role involves building relationships, delivering workshops, and collaborating with internal teams to transition students into the undergraduate admissions pipeline.
