Transition Job Coach

The Transition Job Coach is a 10-month exempt position at Ripley High School, funded by a Transition School to Work grant and reporting to the Director of Special Education. This role focuses on supporting students receiving transition and Vocational Rehabilitation services by building positive relationships and coordinating with case managers. The position involves facilitating student referrals, attending district trainings, and maintaining strict confidentiality throughout all interactions.
