Transition Lead

The Transition Lead will plan and execute a rapid, four‑week transition of a critical public health system from an incumbent contractor, ensuring no service degradation. The role involves coordinating knowledge transfer, establishing staffing and access, validating operational readiness, and creating lasting documentation and exit‑readiness processes.
