Transition Officer

This role supports the successful transition of complex capability into sustainment and operational environments within the Defence and National Security sectors. The Transition Officer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver transition activities across engineering, logistics, commercial, and sustainment functions. The position involves developing transition plans, monitoring progress, facilitating workshops, and identifying risks to ensure effective project outcomes.
