The Canadian Mental Health Association – Peel Dufferin Branch is seeking multiple Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Support Workers to provide clinical interventions, support, and advocacy for youth experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves working within a community-based, hybrid workplace model across several locations in Peel region, promoting recovery and helping youth reintegrate into the community.
