Transitions Specialist

The Transitions Specialist coordinates the transition of new properties into the Coastal Ridge platform from award through stabilization, ensuring alignment and operational success across internal and external stakeholders. This role involves maintaining transition checklists, tracking performance, and supporting site-level operations and onboarding activities. The position requires approximately 50% travel to property sites across the United States and 50% time based in the Columbus, OH corporate office.
