Transmission Line Mechanic at AEP is a field-based role responsible for work on transmission and distribution facilities, including installation, maintenance, operation, removal and inspection of energized and de-energized equipment. The position requires residence within 45 minutes of the Abington Service Center, considerable travel, overtime availability, and the ability to meet heavy physical demand standards.
