Transmission Project Scoping Manager

This role directs and executes the transmission project scoping process to define electrical and physical scopes for capital projects, ensuring cost-effective configurations for TVA and direct-served customers. The position involves managing scoping workshops, coordinating on-site reviews, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, contract partners, and external agencies. The successful candidate will oversee the development of project scopes, schedules, and budget estimates while driving performance management and lessons learned.
