About this role

The role leads a multi-state team responsible for compliance and long‑term planning of Eversource's transmission system, overseeing planning assessments, regulatory filings, and coordination with ISO‑NE, NPCC, and state agencies. It provides technical leadership, manages major transmission projects, and develops staff while ensuring adherence to NERC reliability standards and FERC orders.

Responsibilities

Manage transmission planning compliance with state, regional and NERC standards
Lead and develop a multi‑state transmission planning team
Oversee maintenance of powerflow, stability and EMT‑GMD planning models
Prepare and present testimony and written responses for regulatory proceedings
Supervise, coach, and set performance goals for individual staff

Bachelor of Science in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineer's LicenseMaster's degree (preferred)
