Transplant Coordinator

The Transplant Coordinator provides organ screening support for Paragonix transplant partners, managing and presenting donor offers from the OPTN provider to designated physicians in accordance with OPTN guidelines and company protocols. The role involves maintaining training and credentials, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to train and evaluate new members. Coordinators also handle hospital EMR documentation and interact with recipient patients as prescribed in designated protocols.
