Transplant Donation Specialist

The Transplant Donation Specialist role involves planning and implementing transplantation and living donation activities, including facilitating solid organ donor offers and managing renal pulsatile perfusion. This position requires coordination of surgical recovery, allocation, and transport of transplantable organs, as well as ensuring compliance with federal transplant and donation regulatory requirements. The specialist also performs pulsatile perfusion on donated organs, monitors organ perfusion parameters, and maintains organ perfusion machines.
