About this role
The Transplant Liaison supports End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) and waitlisted patients by facilitating access to transplantation and promoting living donor awareness. The role acts as an advocate and liaison among patients, transplant centers, nephrology teams, and the Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) program to improve evaluation and waitlisting processes. The position requires regular travel within North Carolina two days per week with remaining days worked remotely.
