Transplant Outreach Coordinator

The Transplant Outreach Coordinator serves as a clinical liaison between the Liver transplant programs, patients, and referring physicians, supporting the program directors' vision for continuing medical education. This role involves creating networking opportunities, conducting presentations, and maintaining relationships with collaborative partners in the greater Los Angeles area. The coordinator also ensures smooth patient transitions, participates in satellite clinic development, and provides patient education and nursing care at these locations.
