Transport Assistant Site Manager

This role involves leading and managing a team of LGV and Van Drivers on a 4 on, 4 off night shift rotation to ensure the South Ockendon Regional Service Centre operates efficiently and safely. The position requires maintaining high standards of compliance with road transport legislation and O-licence requirements while monitoring driver hours and tachograph usage. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning daily operations, investigating incidents, and fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
