Transport Coordinator

This role involves coordinating daily cartage movements for import and export shipments, including arranging container collections and deliveries to ports, depots, and customer premises. The position requires managing port bookings, ensuring compliance with NZTA regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation within freight operating systems. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
