Responsibilities

Perform transportation construction inspections on highways, bridges, and related projects
Write daily progress reports and report on‑site activities to the Project Engineer
Oversee contractor work crews to ensure compliance with contract documents
Conduct field tests on materials such as concrete slump, soil compaction, and HMA
Complete documentation of materials, labor, safety, and processing estimates
