Responsibilities

• Design and adjust school bus routes to prioritize student safety and efficiency.
• Assign drivers and vehicles to daily routes ensuring strict schedule adherence.
• Act as the primary bridge between parents, admins, and the transportation department to resolve disputes.
• Manage daily driver attendance and provide leadership in the absence of the Director.
• Maintain accurate student transport records and track fleet performance using specialized software.
