Transportation Coordinator

The role involves daily interaction with customers and carriers, managing and executing truckload, LTL, international, and hotshot shipments using TMS technology, and providing support for billing and exception management. The coordinator also mentors peers, develops SOPs, and collaborates cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and maintain high levels of service.
