Transportation Dispatcher

This role is primarily responsible for executing the dispatch process to support Operations while providing exceptional customer service to both customers and drivers. The position involves carrier sourcing and development, verifying carrier compliance, and optimizing routing for cost-effectiveness. The dispatcher acts as a liaison to resolve driver and carrier issues while maintaining the carrier and customer base.
