Transportation Lead

The Transportation Lead is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation service for guests traveling between resort parking areas, lodging locations, and the ski resort via the resort bus network. This role supports daily bus operations, driver development, route planning, dispatch functions, and safety initiatives while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and service. The position involves leading training efforts, mentoring team members, and identifying improvements to enhance both the guest and employee experience.
