About this role
The Transportation Planner at the City of Vernon develops and maintains municipal transportation planning functions, promoting sustainable transportation consistent with the Official Community Plan and Transportation Plan. The role prepares studies and reports, develops recommendations, and supports implementation of transit and road safety initiatives. The position reports to the Manager, Transportation and serves as a primary contact with senior government, other local governments, industry, and the public.
