Transporter

The Transporter position is responsible for transporting acute, intensive, and critical care patients in a timely manner using wheelchairs, transcarts, stretchers, or beds. This role supports the interprofessional team in delivering high-quality patient care during transit and assists with preventing patient falls by retrieving and using lifting equipment. The position also involves moving inpatients and outpatients to diagnostic testing, therapeutic areas, clinics, and other locations within the hospital complex.
