Trauma PI Coordinator

The Trauma PI Coordinator collaborates with the Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Medical Director to assess, plan, and evaluate the Trauma Program's performance improvement activities. This role involves implementing the Trauma Program Improvement Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Plan while monitoring adherence to clinical practice guidelines and policies. The position also requires demonstrating clinical competence and assisting in staff development.
