Trauma Registrar

The Trauma Registrar is responsible for high-quality data entry into the trauma registry and coordinates the day-to-day collection of data. The role involves verifying data completeness before submission to the New York State Department of Health and the National Trauma Data Bank. The Trauma Registrar works with the Trauma Program Manager to ensure the registry meets verification requirements by the American College of Surgeons and maintains the facility's trauma center designation.
