Ark-Tex Council of Governments (ATCOG) is a voluntary association of local governmental entities in the Ark-Tex region that coordinates programs and services across jurisdictional boundaries. It functions as a regional planning and collaboration organization, bringing together cities, counties, and agencies to address shared needs. ATCOG supports member governments with planning, program administration, and access to resources in areas such as transportation planning, regional development, and disaster preparedness. By enabling coordinated decision-making and service delivery, ATCOG helps communities in the Ark-Tex area operate more efficiently and effectively.
