Treasury Management Services Operations

This role is responsible for the daily operations and production of all treasury management services, providing support for functions such as ACH Origination, Office Banker, Internet Wires, and Lockbox. The position involves assisting customers and bank employees, training users on treasury management processes, and ensuring proper setup for new clients. It also requires maintaining compliance with internal risk controls, federal regulations, and bank policies while supporting annual reviews and disaster recovery testing.
