Treasury Management Support

Merchants Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Support professional to provide excellent customer service for business customers utilizing Treasury Management products during enrollment, setup, maintenance, and ongoing support. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, conducting research, preparing reports, coordinating mailings, and serving as a resource for creating policies and procedures. This position requires extensive telephone customer contact and strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
